Dotts Design builds custom chopper and bagger parts all of the time, taking it from concept-rendering to fabrication. If you are in need of a custom chopper or bagger part to make all your friends jealous, give Drew a call.

Dear visitor,

As an illustrator, I am constantly working with new styles of custom choppers.

Being an artist gives me the advantage of seeing my vision come to life on paper without having to spend tens of thousands of dollars to actually build a dream bike. Let’s face it; some dreams can tun out to be nightmares.

I have fabricated custom bikes from the frame up. While there is nothing more bitchin’ than a one-of-a-kind chopper with a bad ass paint job, I thought it would be cool to design a bike anyone with a wrench, some elbow grease and a little bit of mula could build. (Okay, maybe more than a little mula, but as long as our wives don’t find out we’re good – right?)

Using a stock HARLEY DAVIDSON ROAD KING. I have taken the traditional Bagger design and turned it into a clean hot rod version while still maintaining the classic look. First, to clean up Harley’s Road King, I removed the windshield front spot lights, light bar, highway bar, luggage rack, mirrors and all things that can clutter the look of the bike. Then I added a two-to-one Thunder Header exhaust system, a sick set of extended bags and custom rear fender with molded in filler pieces lo keep the rear clean. I replaced the stock headlight with an extended chrome headlight piece and decided to re-mount the license plate under the rear fender. A conventional flamed-out paint job is probably not necessary but still looks pretty sweet and totally transforms the stock Harley into a hot custom Bagger.

I’m usually not into Baggers, but I think this rendering turned out so nice I might just have to build this one.

Happy Building,

Drew Dotts
